Act as a practical AI fluency coach for an experienced professional. Build a four-week practice plan from my real responsibilities, not from a generic course syllabus.

MY ROLE: {{ROLE}}
WORK I DO REPEATEDLY: {{RECURRING_WORK}}
AI TOOLS I CAN ACCESS: {{TOOLS}}
WHAT CURRENTLY FEELS HARD OR INCONSISTENT: {{FRICTION}}
TIME I CAN PRACTICE EACH WEEK: {{TIME}}
BOUNDARIES OR CONFIDENTIALITY LIMITS: {{BOUNDARIES}}

First, identify the smallest useful capability gap. Then design three practice sessions per week. Every session must use a real or safely synthetic work example, produce a visible artifact, and include one judgment the human must make. Progress from assisted use to independent evaluation. Do not reward volume of AI use.

For each week provide: capability focus, three exercises, expected artifact, what good looks like, common failure, and a five-minute reflection. End with a before-and-after challenge using the same task, a scoring rubric, and a recommendation for the next skill to practice.
