Ask me to compare three real examples: one excellent, one acceptable, and one that fails despite looking polished. Probe for the first thing I notice, the tradeoff I will accept, the shortcut I reject, the audience consequence, and the evidence that could change my mind.
After the interview, produce five layers: non-negotiable constraints, quality signals, taste preferences, situational tradeoffs, and open questions.
